Family caregiving, organized

Everyone who cares, finally on the same page.

CaresFor is the shared care space for families and caregivers. Medications, daily tasks, vitals, notes, and updates live in one calm, private app — so nothing important gets lost in a group chat.

Built for real caregiving

Everything the circle needs, without the chaos.

CaresFor replaces scattered texts, paper lists, and “who was supposed to do that?” with one shared picture of the day.

☀

Daily care, at a glance

See medications and tasks for everyone you care for, grouped by time. Mark doses taken and chores done as the day unfolds.

Shared care space

A feed the whole family can actually follow.

Vitals, meds taken, new notes, photos, completed tasks, and comments land in one timeline. It’s the opposite of a 200-message group thread.

  • ●Comment on updates and keep context with the person, not lost in chat.
  • ●Filter the feed to one care member when you need to focus.
  • ●Invite family as collaborators or keep some people read-only.

Roles that match real life

Invite the village. Keep the keys with you.

Create a care space, add the people you care for, then invite family, friends, and professional caregivers. Choose who can update care and who should simply stay informed.

  • ●Caretakers run the day-to-day: meds, tasks, vitals, and invites.
  • ●Family and friends can follow along — with access limited to the people you choose.
  • ●Need more than one household? Switch between care spaces from the same login.

Get started in minutes

Four steps to a quieter caregiving week.

No training manual. Download the app, open a care space, and bring people in when you’re ready.

01

Create a care space

Download CaresFor and set up the private home for this circle of care.

02

Add who you care for

Profiles, medications, schedules, vitals, notes, and tasks — all in one place.

03

Invite the circle

Send family, friends, or professional caregivers a role that matches how they help.

04

Stay in sync

The feed and reminders keep everyone current, even when you can’t all be there.

Made for the people who show up

Whether you live next door or across the country.

CaresFor is for the adult child coordinating a parent’s week, the spouse sharing night shifts, the caregiver keeping a family informed, and the friend who picks up Thursdays.

Families

Share the mental load. See what was given, what was missed, and what still needs a human today — without calling six people.

Professional caregivers

Keep the family in the loop with a clean record of meds, tasks, vitals, and notes, instead of end-of-shift recaps that vanish.

The wider village

Neighbors, siblings, and friends can help without needing the whole medical history. You decide who sees whom.

Private by design

Care data belongs to the circle, not a feed.

CaresFor is an organizational tool, not a social network. Only people you invite into a care space can see that space.

Invited access only

Care information is scoped to the members you authorize — family, friends, and caregivers you choose.

Encrypted in transit

Data moves over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as plain text.

You can leave

Delete your account in Settings, or email us. We delete the account and associated personal data after verification.

Not medical advice

CaresFor helps people coordinate. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician. In an emergency, call 911.

Questions

Straight answers before you download.

What is a care space?+

A care space is the private home for one circle of care. It holds the people you care for, the team you’ve invited, and all of the medications, tasks, vitals, notes, and updates you share.

Is CaresFor a medical device or medical advice?+

No. CaresFor is an information-sharing and organizational tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Who can see care information?+

Only people you invite into that care space. You can limit a teammate to specific care members, and family or friend roles can be kept more restricted than professional caregivers.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?+

Yes. Download CaresFor from the App Store or Google Play and sign in to the same care space from either.

Can we coordinate care for more than one person?+

Yes. Add multiple care members in a space, and switch between care spaces if you help more than one household.

How do reminders work?+

CaresFor can notify you about due medications, tasks, and appointments, plus optional care-feed activity. You control notifications globally and per person in Settings.

Is there a subscription?+

Some features may require a paid subscription, as described in the Terms of Service. App Store and Google Play handle billing for mobile purchases.

How do I delete my account?+

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. Or email info@caresfor.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my CaresFor account.” Details are in our Privacy Policy.
